Course Description

Course Objective: You will establish a coaching relationship with the protégé, use appropriate skills for conducting the coaching conversation, and be able to create, monitor, and modify the coaching action plan.

Target Student: This course is intended for managers, supervisors, team members, team leaders, project managers, mentors and anyone who needs to coach and provide constructive criticism as part of his or her job and who wants to learn how to apply the coaching process in order to successfully improve the performance of others.Prerequisites: The leaner is encouraged to take the following Element K course before taking this course:
